Inspiration To Begin

Knowledge And Truth

You want the secret to vibrant health and weight loss? KNOWLEDGE is your power, and the TRUTH will set you free! That is the way it works! I have a long list of informative documentaries, and videos of people that have had incredible success getting healthier, along with books that I recommend highly listed on this page. Watching documentaries and learning about the true nature of the industrial food system's fake foodstuffs (that we were falsely told on television were so freaking wonderful) is what will give you the kick in the pants to make big changes to your own lifestyle. Learning the truth inspires us to change our habits. Oh the lies we have been sold! The way we eat in the United States is literally un-real, and it is killing us. A POISON company controls nearly 90% of food production. Watch this very short amusing video explanation here. That should give you motivation! Whether you are trying to become plantbased, vegetarian, or vegan, transition takes time. While you start eliminating the bad and adding the good things watch these films to inspire your self. Many are now found on Netflix.

Personally, I watched films and documentaries constantly for the first few months, until my head was filled with the knowledge that would save me! Once you know... you will not go back to the old way of eating. It is just that simple. Do yourself a favor... watch these movies and videos yourself! These documentaries were extremely helpful to my own journey in reclaiming vibrant health. I am confident that you will find the power of real whole organic food could be the answer to your own personal issues.

Does changing your food paradigm seem overwhelming or too hard to do? No worries. We are here to help. You do have the power to create your health and wellness.

There are films here that discuss what you could be eating to regain your health, what may be contributing to your poor health, information about the industrialized food industry that controls what is in your local supermarket, and the products that are mass produced for your modern food consumption. In addition you will learn about chemical pesticides, hormones, GMO's, and the toxins in your food and living environment, that contribute to disease, cancer, and weight gain. The toxic cocktail of modern life is killing people.

There is hope here as well, because you will learn about real people making changes in themselves and the world. You will find a list of success stories and videos at the bottom of this page. The two documentary films below are the ones that got me started on my journey to wellness! They kick started "my mind" to make the change to eating healthy! This is where you need to start....your mind! The body will follow. Even if you feel it is all too much for you to imagine doing, please just take baby steps forward. Buy one new vegetable or fruit each week. Try one new vegetarian recipe each week. Add one more salad to your day. Try doing smoothies. It is a process, not a dump-truck. Give yourself time to change, and assimilate the knowledge. That is how I did this, and fourteen months later I am a new person. The two films that jump started my food lifestyle are below:

Fat Sick and Nearly Dead
An excellent film about the effects of drinking fresh made vegetable juice every day.  More than life changing for me! I truly believe this film saved my life! I cried knowing that I finally found the answer! This Movie is streaming on Netflix for free, and you can find where to watch the film on the Reboot website here for FREE.

Simply Raw
A film about reversing Diabetes with diet in 30 days. Life changing as well! You might find this at a library. We bought a copy after watching a trailer. This film was worth watching to learn about the power of food to reverse diabetes, create weight loss, and lower blood pressure for the people in the film! I could see that so much was possible without drugs!

A Few Thoughts
There is much going on in the food and water industry that everyday Americans are not aware of, or even consulted about, that vastly affects the very existence of "life." Laws are written by the chemical industries for their benefit, and then the deregulation of these corporations are instituted under false pretenses by paid politicians. Senators and congressman do not write laws. A foundation run by corporations called ALEC, and Lobbying groups write our laws. The politicians just push what is already decided by corporations through the system. It is immensity important when trying to improve your health to also educate yourself as to the way things are set up and why. Who benefits? What are the lies and once again who benefits?

Are you aware most of the food you are eating contain genetically modified foods? Do you know how a GMO is created? Did you know in the United States they are not required to label product ingredients to tell you if you are eating a GMO? Why? Because this makes the manufacturer not liable if your body, and the generations after you, are are made ill by their product. There is no accountability for what they are doing. Mostly they know "if you KNEW what was in that product. you would not buy it." The companies that made bombs and nerve gas modified their products to create pesticides and fertilizers. They now own the worlds seeds and provide chemotherapy and radiation. Are these really the people you want to entrust with your food and health? They are trying to control the worlds food supply. They do this by making patented seeds with pesticides built right inside of them, having their patented crops need proprietary fertilizers, and by creating terminator seeds that will not create new seeds. This way the farmers must always buy "the companies seeds, fertilizers and pesticides" every year from them. It also has hugely affected the varieties of plants available in the world, losing our biodiversity. They market their Bio-tech ideas as saving the poor people of the world. That is the fake cover story. Farmers in India commit suicide every 30 minutes. Tragic, but true. So why are they really creating GMO's for us to consume? That my friends is a rabbit hole question, that you will have to research for yourself. The answer is out there and it isn't pretty.

How can you make informed choices if you are in the dark about what is going on in our world? Please consider watching these thoughtful films made by compassionate people who actually care. Some of these films made me cry, some made me angry and some gave me hope. I hope they move you to action as they did me, my husband and family. If we inform ourselves, start supporting local organic farmers, grow our own food, and purchase only organic products, we can make a difference in our lives, and the lives of many other people as well. We can then teach our children and grandchildren a much better way to take care of ourselves and the planet too. Enjoy and learn!

In addition you can now buy a Roku box for your TV that will pick up your Netflix account or FMTV account from your computer, or buy a Wifi enabled television, so you can enjoy the films in the comfort of your living room. You need to educate yourself about your food and water, what is in it, and where it is coming from, who is controlling it, and how to best take care of you and your loved ones. Find these films and watch them with your family so they begin to understand the issues.

Watch this video, it could save lives.
Sweet Remedy:Adulterated Food Supply - demonstrates that a corrupt flagship regulatory agency has given birth to numerous toxins in our food supply. A closer examination of the U.S.corporate power structure unveils a two-fold approach to manipulating the public. First, by attempting to shape public opinion and, second, by affecting an individual’s ability to discern PR from the truth. Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent selling neuro-toxic food additives to the public. Drinking Water Issues

Tapped - about the bottled water industry: the false marketing, PBA, chemicals, environment, the towns involved, and the corporations who are making a commodity of a basic element we need to live.
Blue Gold: World Water Wars - Corporations are going for global water domination. Water...It's the new oil boom.
The Fluoride Deception - Fluoride is a poison, look on your toothpaste tube. Learn the history of how corporations needed a place to dump their toxins, and wanted to get paid for doing it! Genius! Do you really believe it's about stronger teeth?
Fluoridegate The Film - One hour long excellent film that is free to watch. Learn how a bad policy based on corporate propaganda has put toxic waste into our drinking water.
Flow: For The Love Of Water - The growing privatization of the world’s dwindling fresh water supply with an unflinching focus on politics, pollution, human rights, and the emergence of a domineering world water cartel. Coca- Cola, Pepsi and Nestle are but a few of the major players going into communities and pumping millions of gallons of water for free and then selling it back to the people. Very good overview of how government agencies, representatives, World Bank and other powers focus only on collusion with the multinational corporations.
Thirst - Another excellent film about the globalist elites and the world banks beginning to take control of the worlds water. The privatization has even begun in the United States. Watch the town of Stockton California try and fight this issue that the citizens do not get to vote on. You wonder who is getting paid behind the scenes. Is water a natural resource right, or a commodity?

Toxins In Our Modern World

Plastic Planet - For something just developed during the last century it is an amazing fact that you could cover the world in it six times. Look around your house it is everywhere! There are piles of it in the middle of great oceans. Fish and birds eat the small pieces. It is in our blood and cells. It is made of some chemicals that are very dangerous to human life. But just like other corrupt corporations they call them "proprietary" and do not give out the lists. So who knows what is really lurking in any plastic?  One known chemical BPA has been found to cause cancers, endocrine disruption, low fertility, and allergies. Bottlers of soda or water, import the plastic from another company, and don't always know what is in that batch of plastic. Recycling of plastic for bottles is not a good, because then you do not know what is in the new bottle? Note: You cannot go to a website for this film because the chemical and plastics industry bought the name and use it for their propaganda. Netflix streaming and maybe here.
Bag It - Is there too much plastic in your life? Pretty sure the answer is probably ...yes. This is a well done and fun documentary on the problems with plastic in our lives explained by a adorable George Costanza look-a-like. Along with his personal interaction there are interviews with experts about this global problem. There is an excellent blog associated with the movie here. Netflix streaming.

Chemerical - An informative reality type film that follows an average family through the ridding their home and personal products that are toxic. Netflix streaming.
The Last Mountain - The cause of much environmental and air pollution comes from our use of electricity, which comes from coal power. The air and the earth become toxic to people in the communities that live around coal, and power plants. The last mountain is the destruction of the Appalachian mountains by a giant industry that disregards people, and uses the usual propaganda tactic of covering up what they know they do wrong, by sticking a flag on it, and telling lies.
